Day-of Wedding Coordination
A Day-of Coordinator brings all of your wedding decisions together, ensuring your special day unfolds exactly as you envisioned. Our responsibilities begin about 6–8 weeks before your wedding, giving us time to step in and help you feel fully prepared.

We’ll meet with you to discuss your vision, expectations, and any important details. From there, your coordinator will:

• Review your contracts and create your digital timeline
• Communicate with your wedding professionals and provide the day of timeline
• We encourage you to check in regularly with questions, updates or changes

Our role is to focus on the plans you’ve already made. We don’t make decisions for you, but we do offer suggestions when needed and handle the logistics so you can relax and enjoy your day.
